What is your current "fish and ski" boat? Putting a 115 hp on a pontoon isn't gonna make it a ski boat- pontoon = cruising and drinkin'
If you like your current boat, I'd keep it and before you know it those kids will be big enough to ski and you'll want your old boat back. Good luck :)
