I had 3-4 batteries different brand and different volts. Milwaukee, Sears, Porter Cable,-14.4v-18volt. Sent them in last year and they were back in about two weeks. While I don't use them enough side by side with original batteries to tell if they have more power, I do use them enough to know they work at least as good or better than new. I was very happy with the price vs new. One thing I did was use an engraver to mark my name on each battery to be sure I got the same one back. Shipping and pricing was simple to do.

    Overall I give them a two thumbs up!
