Blanchester, OH | Flat belts won't track straight if they are distorted, i.e. longer on one side than on the other. This happens sometimes because of improper storage, or from running with mis-aligned pulleys. You might be able to help the belt stay on the pulleys by fabricating some edge guide rollers if only moderate correction is necessary. These won't work though if alot of correction is necessary to keep the belt on the pulleys. | |
