You should be able to adjust your flowmeter cal value by the percentage you are out. 15lbs on 200lbs is 7.5%. In your case, the flowmeter is reading more product than what is actually going out so if you decrease your flowmeter by 7.5%, or to a cal value of 68, that should get you pretty close. If I have this backwards, please let me know.
You do have it backwards. If the monitor said he put on 200lbs but only actually applied 185 he would need to change his flow meter cal the other way! Increase the cal number by whatever percent you are actually short. |
