within 2% is not bad at all. Could be any number of reasons why it appears to be less accurate now:
- moisture variations, either real or measured
- flow variations, either real or measured (you did calibrate at multiple flow rates, right?)
- you calibrated with a cart, but he's measuring now vs the elevator
- software glitch (unlikely but possible. more likely if the error was .8% and is now 50%)
