Eastern Montana | They didnt all have the higher road speed in europe. The ones we had just had the shorter rear axels and the lights on the side and front grill. Also most 3pt arms in europe are different. Looks to me like they changed those out. On a side note it looks like its had the new decals put on it cause the "pro" written on the hood was put on instead of the 89 series, thus the 89xx magnums didnt have to get recertified they just called them 72xx and put the "pro" badge on them. I do believe the German ones had something else added as far as brakes or trailer brakes but the northern european ones we had were the same. As far as the fenders im guessing the broker/jockey just thru them on, looks like there is still a sticker under the fender in the first pic.
