| Cure for indoor dogs is to crate them and take them immediately to the location you want them to do their business every few hours. Play for a bit, back in the box. Gotta be this way until they figure it out. Kennel may not be small enough for this to work...wouldn't expect that a chain is going to work. Needs to be "their" space that they don't want to soil. Pieces of chicken breast for high-value dog treats. Reward any correct behavior.
My two lapdogs go across the yard, under the gate into the pasture and go. Outdoor collie is hit and miss. | |
