Nick M - 6/28/2017 10:38 This spring was very challenging with wet cool soils and for the first time in as many years as I can remember we had to replant soybeans. We use a Kinze 3600 with interplants and have two Martin spikes. The spikes seemed to squeeze the slot closed instead of crumbling or at least breaking it up. A lot of beans broke trying to push out. Any reviews of the finger till this spring as they are fairly new? The Finger Till does some extreme packing in wet soils. They are very heavy. The tomahawk rooting in corn with these is bad -- much worse than many other spoked closing wheels. |
