+1.  First thing I would do is check the outside outlet for moisture, next I would change out the GFI to see if that is the problem.  If you have a GFI that works elsewhere I would swap that in to see if that makes a difference before buying a new one.  IF neither of those fix the problem I would be checking the rest of the outlets for the problem.
