| active, non smokers, non drinkers, and good health, you are a exceptional couple. I bought whole life insurance and have never had any regrets, I was young like you when I bought a couple of policies. if I had bought term it would have been cheaper, but there would been nothing left of that money at this stage of life. my wife will be very well supported by my whole life policy. I am now worried about some slick guy showing up on her doorstep.
