North Carolina | Don't know about your state. But here if tenant puts out a crop he untitled to harvest it by law. If your state is the same your otta luck. Tenant probly knew this or he is banking on you paying premium for cost of planting and materials To bad you didn't know he was gonna do this. I would have sprayed something to do his crop in just for the heck of it I know it would have defeated your intentions but at least you would not have to contend with this crook don't be surprised to find damage to the feild when he harvests the crop he planted because it was to wet to be in there | |
