se wi | Take a good look at the knotters for wear. That bale total is right around where twine discs, bill hooks and stripper arms need to be replaced. Inspect the pickup, how many bales since a rebuild? Grab hold of the big drive gear on the left side, is it tight? That will tell you if that miserable hidden fitting was greased regularly. Pto drive knuckles cost a furtune, check them. There's plenty more crap, but it's a start. | |
