Fletcher, OH | Phone did another update and the procedure to transfer pictures off of the phone no longer works.
Previously, plug the phone via a USB cable into the computer.
Delete the Autoplay prompt which pops up on the computer.
Downswipe the phone at the top which brings up File Transfer.
Tap file transfer or photo transfer and the Autoplay would pop up again and recognize the photos.
None of that works now.
Don't want to sit on hold for half hour with tech support with Verizon.
Did Verizon deem this phone outdated and program in obsolescence? | |
