Southern Idaho | I would think harvest time will bring it up big time but thats just my opinion and im usually wrong. The rain is bringing it back down today but shouldn't. I'm an irrigated grower from Idaho but what i hear from Dakotas the damage is done. You can't bring spring wheat back once it has been dry early. Winter wheat can recover from spring drought if it doesn't persist too long, spring wheat cannot. Spring wheat in Idaho and other irrigated places I'm sure is fine but I've always believed we have no impact at all on the market. | |
