Not sure if I started training for my first 5K in the spring of 2013 at 196 or 197. If it was 197 I got my 50# or lost 25% of me. Agree on your summer party food advice. I'm pretty sure I have a slight wheat allergy so I love my Miller Lite (low carb, low cal and made of corn) and rarely have a bun with a sandwich.
