All good responses here. On bigger inlets we often make our own out of dual wall tile. Just take a 2 - 3 in. hole saw and drill inlets. If you want max flow, cut it off only about a foot above ground and put a wire basket on top. Most baskets have a 3 inch hole at the top that lets you put a pvc pipe in so the combine can see it.

Also, I don't think 10 in. tile is a very good buy. For a little more  you can go to 12 in. and almost double the flow. For your short run it won't cost much.
