I'm sick of cash rent- I have never understood why a farmer would want to rent ground for basically the entire profit margin and farm it for free- someone is always unhappy with cash rent and it's usually the farmer- have a good year? Well the cash rent just went up- wish everyone would say no thanks and go back to 50:50 sharecrops
