North Central Illinois | Sorry, but with the rains some areas have seen lately with forecasts for more the current forecasts are bearish. I don't think I've ever had enough moisture in June to think I had enough to make it to the finish line. I don't think that is what traders are assuming either. They see areas that have had rain with more in the forecast and non threatening temps in the next couple of weeks. With pollination two to four weeks away that theoretically takes a lot of acres into pollination without being under stress. Of course forecasts change pretty fast so by the end of the week everyone might be talking about a dome of heat and dry moving in! | |
