North Central Oregon | A Phantom 4 (not pro) can be purchased for $799 at the DJI refurb site and I have seen it as low as $729 at the DJI EBay store. This would get you into the 4 series so maybe a couple years more support from DJI (speculation). The cameras are the same in the 3pro and 4. The 4 is faster, has forward collision avoidance, gets you a couple extra flight modes, a little more stable, a longer flight time.
I had the same questions as you and decided to go with the 4. Both though are good units. | |
