The LADD Distribution site may have the video for removing pins from this Powell / ISO plug (HD30 series ). A few years ago they sent us samples when we were doing a similar project. https://laddinc.com/resources/how-to-instructions/
Since many companies don't want to bother with really small quantities, I've been successful in asking for a sample for an oddball project. If the project is a one of a kind deal, I was sometimes able to complete it without buying a large number of pins/sockets etc. that might never get used.
