| Hi new to this forum. I have a Phantom 4 purchased last fall. it has maybe 15 hours on it. Yesterday the controller battery would not take a charge. it only charges to 3/4 power in about 3 hours then when you turn it on it goes dead in less than 5 minutes. It recently had all the firmware upgrades done. I called DJI and they said send it in for repair. That is a complicated proscess especially since i am in western Canada.
Has anyone ever experienced this remote controller battery problem and what experiences have you had with DJI repair process. Thanks | |
