We had a problem with this last year...it was suggested that we remove the hex screws from the back of the monitor and check the ribbon cable that connects the lcd to the circuit boards...after doing this we realized that one of the plastic mounts that holds the circuit board was broken and allowing the circuit board to move...we glued the mount back together and have had no more problems...
