Also and I kinda forget, but on the shaft side, a friend of mine does some kind of preload operation, that works just about every time. I get about 50% of mine to stop leaking, it got to the point that I just take the hand wheel pump to him, and let him do them. So I guess the lesson is that there is a right and wrong way to put the seal kits in.
