Leave them alone until the 1st trifoliate is showing on the smalllest ones. By that time they will be flexible and not break so easily. Replant the bare spots you can see from a hundred yards away, and do not touch the rest. They will be short but will yield most of the full population potential. 75 k is fine. Bare spots are not.
