Older than dirt has it right, might try krone.

Might be able to pick up a parts machine cheap too, last I Knew of decker up north of Dubuque had 2 or 3 of them sitting around, I am sure if you plan on dealing with him someone here will chime in with lots of opinions of him.

yes, reliability was not the issue (other than the pickups wearing out from trying to run road gear keeping them full), it was their chamber feeding system, or lack therof.

if it was me I would find a 4750 or 4755 (same price range as the 100), and put my money into it, parts availability both agco,aftermarket, and the boneyards are good. Hesston just made a lot more balers than JD.

IMO about the only thing the 100's had was that they looked kinda cool.
