It may pull it in the field, but transport could be really scary.  With pto pump and ground drive, I would assume the pto would run the vac fan, so you would need one or two hydraulics depending how the fold and markers are set up.

In all honesty, I think a 12 row like that will bring the evil demons out of your tractor that are just waiting to show their ugly face.  May need to think about a bigger tractor also.
