South Dakota | I am at a loss with why my solar fencer is not working right. I have no short outs. I have 6 ground rods on a 3 wire 40 acre odd shaped pasture fence. I did notice the solar fence controller shows that the panel is putting out 12.5 volts. I think it is suppose to put out over 14. I think I have to get a new Sun Chaser controller. Does anyone have an opinion on this? I am tired from walking the fence. | |
