For a 12/23 you will be short on everything. That tractor would be better suited for a 6/11. I run a 12/23 and I love the planter. As other posters have said it is heavy, negative tongue weight when picking up the planter, extremely positive when the planter is folded up to transport. Then you have the issue of running two hydraulic fans. You would be happier with a bigger tractor or a smaller planter.
