Portland, ND | My local school did a field project a few years ago that involved installing drain tile on the football practice field. They didn't bother to level the field, so the tile lines and tracks from the project have made the field very crappy to use.
We have rolled it numerous times, but it really needs to be worked up and leveled. Any ideas on what would be the best way?
The school has a single water gun and access to the local golf courses water supply (local river), but only during the daytime hours. (the golf course uses it at night)
