NoDak | I don't believe these use the special tools listed above. I did trans cooler lines on a 2010 Jeep a few months back, and them release tools did not work. If I remember right, you slide that plastic piece out, then there is a C clip that should pull off with a dental pick or something similar. Be careful, it will want to go flying. Once that clip is off, line slides right out.
