Subject: RE: 15 in silage corn

WC WI
Have been doing 15" silage corn for the last couple years. Typically see a 10 - 15% increase in tonnage. We left the population the same as with 30" rows. We have a lot of lighter ground and moisture is always our limiting factor. We have the coop sidedress dry urea with set with a spread pattern the same width as their sprayer and they do both at and angle to the rows.
