There is a difference between cereal rye and annual ryegrass.... and a lot of people just say rye when they are really talking about annual ryegrass. Cereal rye is about as easy to kill as it gets, annual ryegrass can be a problem if you don't get it right. When people talk about rye be sure that you (and they) know which one they are talking about.
