I have done several TrueGuide and TrueTracker installs, and I just don't see how a steerable hitch would have that great of performance. That is a pretty tight curve in your picture, I am guessing that is about the best you can hope for without going to a steerable axle or coulters. I have a Case 32 row with steerable axle that I built a custom profile for and it is within 1 inch all day long.
Where is your nav mounted? I didn't see it in the pictures.
You could try making your globe mount right over the units, I have had the best luck when the globe is directly above the row units. Having it mounted a few feet in front of the units has caused poor performance in the past.
