Jefferson, SD | Running a 16 row CIH 1250 with air row clutches and hydraulic section control. Pro 600 monitoring planter and auto steering a MX215.
Question #1: When some row clutch rows are off, does the pro 600 adjust the width of the planter when accruing acres? I did a custom planting job where the field was a triangle, wondering if the acres are correct or if it's higher than actual? I'm pretty sure when section control turns half the planter off it reduces the width, unsure about rows being off-hard to tell.
Question #2: Is there a way to disable the "unexpected seed flow" alert? Turning around on rough end rows triggers this about 75% of the time, it's annoying to have to clear every time you turn around and I don't see any benefit to this alert. I have the pro 600 sound turned to zero so at least it's not a loud beeping(although 0 is still fairly loud), still have to "ok" the alert from the screen.
