Folder structure doesn't really matter on a Viper 4 like it did on the Viper Pro. You can go through and search through the files rather than having it locked in where they need to be, but if you are using both field computers in one location, it certainly doesn't hurt to have the folders set up the same way for consistency.
If you tap on Administrator up at the top of the screen, then tap on System Manager and the Key tab, it will show which features are unlocked. If you don't have the single product VRA unlock, you will need to get that for loading VRA maps.
