SW Ont | Many new systems will have (available or included) the necessary cables and software to transfer your files for you.
If you don't have a local shop you like get on dell's (for example - or one of the big box stores) website and select what you want/need. Courier will deliver it to your door.
Most on here likely have multi - million dollar (at least) operations. No reason not to support them with a computer update from time to time.
