Im sure it will go 25+ miles if you get the antenna high enough.
If its 400 or 900 mhz its still LOS (line of sight) That's how radio frequency propagation works.


Is it on top of a grain leg? or just the tripod? Ever wonder why antenna's are mounted high up?,,,,,,
Placement and terrain will make a HUGE difference in range.

Key word with this technology is LOS.
