My windows 7 computer has started to get sluggish if I don't re-start it every couple days. When I go to re-start I have to force the re-start as the task host window won't shut down. I click force re-start and then it takes about 10 minutes for the computer to shut down. I read that the NVIDIA programs can cause this. Do I need NVIDIA for anything? I would like to delete all its components to see if it helps.
