I'm 5'9" and have a heavy frame and still lift 3 or 4Xs per week. If I get to 145 I might try 140? With all my activity I burn about 2,500 per day so if I eat 2,000 per day can still come down some. Main reason to get thinner is to run faster (I hate to lose) and increase my endurance.
