Southeast Colorado
Got out and about yesterday some and it was hard to believe all of the snow everywhere but we thought............well, OK, got a foot of snow and it'll melt soon and we'll see what we have. Well..........this morning things look really different. Another foot fell overnight and tree branches are snapped all over the yard.........and...........it's still heavily snowing. Hard to know what we've received since a lot of it has melted and it is still just 32 degrees out. Hard to imagine that headed wheat is coming back from this but thank goodness for all of the moisture to hopefully leave us with options (corn/milo/sunflowers). With everyone on here talking about the nationwide rain event I'm wondering if there will be enough corn seed to go around for all of us?
