Might mess with your insurance a little unless you can turn it in as planted after the cut off date. Might be better to find some rye or barley and then you wouldn't have to report it as "planted wheat". Rye resists disease better as well. More seed cost I know but planted at a half bushel it would be still pretty cheap.
