We've had several fixed by Ag Express over the years - always had good luck and Ag Express has warranty too. You get your unit back and all your activations are just as they were.
I would guess Deere "finally" got on the band wagon because Ag Express was doing something where Deere wanted the solution to be - "sell the guy a new one - those can't be fixed". Thats been our experience with the OEMS on electronics anyway - something goes bad - you need to buy a new one. Give us more $$$
You raise a good point. There is hardware and software. Hardware can go bad, just like any computer.
But software, and activations should be with you for life. |
