West Chazy, New York | The cam and lifters came earlier than expected which was a good thing since I am getting over the flu and moving about half speed at best. A friend who just had rotator cuff surgery came by and helped out (sometimes three hands are better than two ) and when we had everything together we fired it up and it sounded really awful. Then we found the loose vacuum hose and now it sounds really good. I used the special assembly lube and got the oil additive for flat tappet camshafts and we ran it about 1800 for 20 minutes. Seems good so far. Thanks for all the help. The Flyin' Ahi is back in business.
