You have 1.5# of triazines. My experience says 3 weeks isn't enough unless you have a LOT of rain. The suggestion to plant quickly is a guarantee you will have to replant. pH can also determine how long you have to wait. Higher pH means you have to wait longer. The label says a plant back to soybeans is the following year. The half life is around 60 days. I have replanted to beans but only following standing water for a couple of weeks.

I would plant corn on the whole field or at least the area sprayed with triazines.
