I would say with that kind of miles they aren't worth much, regardless how good of condition they're in. Something serious is bound to need repair soon and could cost more than the vehicle is worth. I would say $3-5K. Also keep in mind injectors are a common problem on these early Duramaxes and even doing them yourself is a $2K deal.
