Pictures of the valves/manifold would really help.   

Does it have a centrifugal pump or diaphram pump?   The diaphram pump is the most popular and 150 gallons of solution is more than adequate.  

It's possible that a valve is turned wrong, but, it's also possible that the pump was not winterized correctly and has failed.  Lets think positive!!
