We keep conditioner roll bearings, 2 CW and 2 CCW modules, and a couple boxes of 7* and 14* knives on hand for our 1441.

We run 14* on the co rotating disks on the ends of the cutterbar and 7* on the counter rotating disks.

How long they last depends on rocks and how much dirt you run through it. Could be days. Could be minutes if you find a rock. Change them both on a turtle to maintain balance. Fine grass requires sharp edges. Coarse alfalfa most anything works.

Our 1441 has been fairly reliable.
