I met with the FWS employee as a Township Supervisor. We were trying to see how a farm yard could get the water level lowered on some WRP that would have to go across FWS Easement Land. I am not sure what all can be done, but it is a start.
I also found out that they will allow you to lower the water level next to a road so that the water is 2' lower than the road. Most of my home township's roads have several spots where the water is lapping on the road. Once again, we will see what can be done.
I should spend less time on ARFCOM and I would have known this.
