I'm currently working on a different version, but you should find the command 'Freeze Panes' in one of the drop-down menu selections. On the Mac version, the command is in the Window menu. Click on a cell just below where you want the lines to remain visible and click on the Freeze command. You should be able to freeze both rows and columns this way.
