We have some fields about 2 miles west of our home farm that are very rocky. Lemken's are about the perfect tool if you have lots of rocks. Each disc is independent with a spring so we do 8-10 mph in stuff that we wouldn't dare dream go in with a chisel because we would spend 3 weeks picking stones in the spring. It's tough, have yet to break a disc. They became extremely popular around here about 5 years ago, every second farm has one. Now there are a half dozen imitators also, can't speak for them, haven't owned anything but the lemken.
